Then it's out to the World Wide Web. |
Below we have suggested some sites that seem to work great, but first let's keep in what our school was called: London Central, Central, Bushy, Bushy Park, Bushey, Bushey Hall, Watford, London DoD, High Wycombe and any others you may remember. Try each name when specifying the school name.
Keep in mind that sometimes the least information you give may return more. For example: Say we are looking for Joe, he was class of 77. However Joe returned to the states in 76. It's possible he won't be listed. Try an earlier year.
Leave out the school name and find exact matches at other schools. While this may be a shot in the dark, it's possible that one of the persons listed could be who you are seeking. Look at attendance dates. If you think it may be them, send an e-mail.
People change e-mail addresses often. Unlike the US Mail, e-mail isn't normally forwarded. You may get a 'bounce" or notification from a webmaster that the mail was undeliverable.
